Example: Fairs, Concerts, Festivals, etc.

3: Employee Spotlights. Introduce your employees to your residents via your social media pages. Provide fun facts about your employees.

4: Get your residents involved! Ask a question or a trivia question. Maybe include a prize for the first person to comment. Make sure you mention what social media platform they need to post their answer.

5: Social events announcements (bus trips, parties in the clubroom, pool parties).

Example: Don’t forget our St. Patrick’s Day party is March 13 in the clubroom. Join your fellow Xchange Place residents for a Wee Bit of Fun.

6: Amenity reminders and announcements.

Example: Don’t forget, there’s a fitness center right at Bella Vista. Visit bvistaapts.com for more info. OR The pool opens Friday May 26. Get your pool pass now. Call the leasing office at 222-222- 2222 for more information.

7: Rent’s due!

Example: Just a friendly reminder that your rent is due Wednesday, February 1.

8: Interesting links. Make sure you’ve read the entire article or viewed the entire video you are linking to. Provide 2-5 sentences on what the link is about and why you are sharing it with your residents.

9: A specific special. Even better, why not try a social media specific bonus. It’s best to limit highly commercial messages to about once a month.

Example: Resident referral bonus is normally $250, but it’s $300 for our Facebook fans now through May 31, 2016. Contact the leasing office more info.

10: Share a Photo! Posting images of the fun and exciting things happening around your community, like new fitness equipment, the pool, spring flowers that are being planted around the community, office fun, etc. Your residents want to feel a sense of community and this is the perfect way to do so.
