Now you can view and manage incoming lead data, manage your property social media, respond to reviews, and send out resident communications without having to sift through dozens of open tabs and interrupt your flow.

ResMate pre-qualification fields help teams vet prospects faster
Pre-qualifying prospects is an important step for your leasing team’s success, and with our new optional pre-qualification fields, ResMate can help your team gather important information upfront, allowing them to quickly identify whether a prospect meets basic qualifications.
The two new fields request (but do not require) prospects add their gross annual household income, and household size before submitting their contact information through the ResMate web chatbot. These optional fields provide valuable insights that allow your team to optimize follow-up efforts, and are automatically added to the prospect’s Guest card, which can be easily referenced and updated as needed.
Affordable communities benefit by being able to verify eligibility early, minimizing back-and-forth communication and moving qualified applicants through the leasing process faster. Conventional and luxury properties can also use this feature to prioritize high-value leads and tailor outreach based on household needs and income, helping them improve conversion rates.
