A historic property outside of Philadelphia recently restored and converted to a luxury apartment building.
Most property management companies aim to lease all units in their newest communities as quickly as possible. This Philadelphia-based management company was no different. To hasten lease signings at their new apartment community, they built a beautiful website with incredible photography and an easy-to-navigate design. They also contracted an apartment listing service to help with promotion. Unfortunately, the listing service wasn’t as much help as the management company had hoped, and failed to drive prospective renters to the new property website.
“Paid search didn’t just drive more leads to the property website. It drove higher quality leads that stayed on the site longer and converted to lease signings.”
Respage proposed and executed a paid search campaign focused on capturing the attention of prospective renters directly through Google, rather than a listing service. By ranking the new property’s website at the top of Google for geographic-specific and keyword-specific search terms, Respage effectively bypassed the apartment listing middleman and drove traffic directly to the property website. Not only did PPC drive 224X more clicks, it also resulted in visitors spending 1.5X more time on the site.
