Legacy Partners, a nationwide property management company, was looking for a more efficient and time-saving way to manage prospect traffic in its portfolio of communities.

The group was also looking to educate and build rapport with prospective renters earlier in the leasing process.

Our Solution

Legacy Partners installed the Respage multifamily Chatbot on several of its property websites. In just one month, one property had 88 leads captured from the Chatbot, 44 tours scheduled, and 8 leads that converted into leases. In that same month, the Chatbot engaged with 301 prospects after-hours— leads that would otherwise have been missed.

The bot saved leasing agents a total of 38 hours. The company is now installing the Chatbot in more communities across its portfolio.

The Chatbot has been awesome! It has reduced our phone calls and converted leads into tours, reducing the incessant ringing of our phones. We renamed ours RentBot because it is bringing us rentals! The lead conversion and ease of use to the end-user have made it a great tool for drumming up business while alleviating the volume of inbound calls for simple questions our RentBot can answer.
